What we store, and why

This app is a scheduling tool for choirs, orchestras, opera companies, and private studios. We only store what's needed to run the account you or your organization created — there are no advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site.

Cookies

We set one cookie:

• session — keeps you signed in. It's required for the app to work; without it you'd be logged out on every page. It's marked HttpOnly (not readable by page scripts) and expires automatically after 7 days or when you log out.

This cookie is strictly necessary for the service you've asked for (staying logged in), so it doesn't require opt-in consent under cookie law — but we disclose it here for transparency.

Local storage

We also store a couple of small values directly in your browser (not sent to our servers as cookies):

• Organization context — remembers which organization's login page you're using. This is essential for routing your login correctly and can't be turned off without breaking sign-in.
• Theme preference — remembers your light/dark mode and color theme choice. This is optional. You can accept, reject, or change this at any time using the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of any page.

What we don't do

• No advertising or marketing cookies
• No third-party analytics or tracking scripts
• No selling or sharing your data with third parties

Account data

We store the account information you or your organization's admin provide (name, email, role, and scheduling data such as lessons, rehearsals, and availability) to operate the service. Emails sent by the app (invitations, reminders, notifications) are delivered through our transactional email provider and used solely for that purpose.
